Here is how you go about tracking your order on HomeShop18.com:
- from the My Account section (registered users only)
- via SMS (registered and guest users)
- from Track an Order page (registered and guest users)
From My Account
Sign into HomeShop18.com if you are a registered user. Once you are in, go to My Account > My Order History and you will see a list of your past and current orders along with a real-time status update of your pending order (pic below).
As and when the order is processed, the green tick-marks will proceed from Order Placed to Order Shipped and finally, Order Delivered. To make the most of your shopping, we suggest that you register on HomeShop18 so that you can post product reviews, get real-time order updates and check and submit tickets whenever you feel like it.
If you are in a remote village where your only connection to modern technology is a mobile phone, then you can still check your HomeShop18 order status. Follow the instructions below and within minutes you will receive an SMS with the details of your order(s).
To track an order on your mobile, SMS hs18 status space order number to 51818.
To track a sub-order on your mobile, SMS hs18 status space sub order number to 51818.
From Track an Order page
Enter your order ID and click on Go. Your next screen will be the status message update.
